Why WhatsApp is where the questions get asked
Managers do not open the ERP to check one number. They are in a meeting, on the road or on the shop floor, and the question comes up now: how much did we sell this week, what does this customer owe, is there enough stock for the order. Today that question goes to someone in finance as a WhatsApp message, and the answer comes back hours later as a screenshot of a spreadsheet.
WizBI puts the answer where the question already is. The manager asks in WhatsApp, in Hebrew or English, and the answer comes from the company's own systems — not from the internet and not from someone's memory.
Not a customer-service chatbot
Search for a "WhatsApp bot for business" and most of what you find are customer-service bots. They answer your customers, take orders, book appointments and reply to frequent questions. That is a real need, and those tools do it well.
WizBI faces the other way. It is for your own team, and it answers from your own data.
| Customer-service WhatsApp bot | WizBI | |
|---|---|---|
| Who talks to it | Your customers | Your managers and employees |
| What it answers from | A script, an FAQ, a product catalogue | Your ERP, monday.com, spreadsheets, databases and documents |
| Typical question | "Where is my order?" | "Which customers are more than 90 days late on payment?" |
| Who sees what | The same answers for everyone | Each person sees only what their permissions allow |
| What it sends | Replies to customers | Answers, charts, Excel and PDF files, scheduled reports and alerts — to your team |
If what you need is to answer customers in WhatsApp, a customer-service bot is the right tool. WizBI does not replace it. It answers the questions your team asks about the business.
How it works
- Connect one system. Priority, SAP, monday.com, Google Sheets, Excel files, a SQL database and dozens more. Cloud systems need a dedicated user or an API token; an on-premise database connects through a secure agent, with no inbound ports.
- Decide who can ask and what each person sees. Permissions are set by organisation, group and user. Only the people you add can ask, and each sees what their permissions allow.
- Ask in WhatsApp. In plain language, in Hebrew or English. The answer comes back as a number, a table, a chart, or an Excel or PDF file.
- Let it report on its own. Ask once for a weekly report or an alert, and it arrives in the same chat.
Reports and alerts in WhatsApp
Much of the value comes when nobody asks. Instead of a report someone prepares every Sunday and sends around, you ask for it once in the chat, and WizBI sends it on schedule — as a message, or as an Excel or PDF file.
- A sales summary every Sunday at 08:00, against target and against last year.
- Open customer debt by age, on the first of every month, for finance.
- An alert when the stock of an item drops below a minimum you set.
- An alert when a day's sales fall below a line you choose.
Per-person permissions, every question logged
A WhatsApp bot that knows the company's numbers has to know who it is talking to. In WizBI every person has their own permissions, and the same person has the same permissions in WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, Slack and the web. Every question is logged and can be reviewed.
Beyond answers, reports and alerts, we build automations around your team's processes on request — each one defined with you, running under the permissions you set, with every action logged.
WIZBI AI LTD is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022. WizBI runs on Google Cloud; each organisation's data is isolated and encrypted in transit and at rest. The AI models run inside Google Cloud under enterprise terms, and your data is not used to train them.
What teams ask in WhatsApp
- Management: sales this month against target, gross margin by product family, the biggest open orders.
- Finance: who owes what and for how long, what is due to suppliers this week.
- Sales: a customer's purchase history before a meeting, who stopped buying.
- Operations and purchasing: stock below the minimum, open purchase orders by supplier.
