Your team works in Teams. Your numbers live elsewhere.
In a company that runs on Microsoft 365, the working day happens in Teams: chats, meetings, files. The numbers do not. Sales and stock sit in the ERP, projects in monday.com, targets in a spreadsheet, history in a database.
So a question like "what do we owe suppliers this week" turns into a message to someone in finance, an export, and a file that comes back later. Dashboards cover the questions someone planned for. Most real questions are not on them.
WizBI brings the answer into Teams. You ask in plain language, in Hebrew or English, and the answer comes from your own systems.
How it works
- Connect your systems. Start with one: Priority, SAP, monday.com, Google Sheets, Excel files, a SQL database. Cloud systems need a dedicated user or an API token; an on-premise database connects through a secure agent, with no inbound ports.
- Set permissions. By organisation, group and user. Each person sees only what they are allowed to see.
- Ask in Teams. The answer comes back as a number, a table, a chart, or an Excel or PDF file.
- Let it report. Ask once for a weekly summary or a threshold alert, and it arrives on schedule.
One brain, every channel
Not everyone sits in Teams all day. The CFO might; the sales manager on the road lives in WhatsApp; someone else prefers the web. WizBI is one layer over your data, and every channel reaches the same layer — the same connected systems, the same business terms.
The same person has the same permissions in Teams, WhatsApp, Slack and the web. Nobody gets more in one channel than in another, and every question is logged and can be reviewed.
WizBI and Microsoft Copilot
Many companies that use Teams also use Microsoft 365 Copilot. It is designed mainly around your Microsoft 365 content — mail, documents, meetings and chats — and for questions about that content it is the natural choice. What it can reach beyond that depends on your plan and setup, so check with Microsoft.
WizBI covers a different part: the systems where your numbers live, which are often outside Microsoft 365 — Priority, SAP, monday.com, SQL databases. It knows your business terms and your permissions.
| The question | The better fit |
|---|---|
| "Summarise yesterday's project meeting" | Microsoft Copilot |
| "What did the customer ask for in their last e-mail?" | Microsoft Copilot |
| "Open customer debt by age, from the ERP" | WizBI |
| "Sales by branch this month against last year" | WizBI |
The two can also work together. Microsoft Copilot can reach WizBI via MCP, so a person who works in Copilot can ask about ERP data from there, with the same permissions they have in Teams. More in MCP: connect your company brain to any AI agent.
Reports and alerts in Teams
Ask once, and the report keeps coming. A sales summary every Sunday at 08:00, as a message or an Excel or PDF file. An alert when the stock of an item drops below a minimum you set, or when daily sales fall below a line you choose.
- Management: sales against target and last year, the biggest open orders.
- Finance: open customer debt by age, payments due to suppliers.
- Operations and purchasing: stock below the minimum, open purchase orders by supplier.
Teams automation, built to your need, and secure
Beyond answers, reports and alerts, we build automations around your team's process, on request. Each one is defined with you, runs under the permissions you set, and every action is logged.
