Slack is where your team talks. The numbers are somewhere else.
In many companies Slack is where the work is discussed: product, sales, operations, management. The data behind those discussions sits elsewhere — tasks and projects in monday.com, revenue in the ERP or in BigQuery, targets in a Google Sheet.
So the same scene repeats. Someone posts "does anyone have last month's numbers?", someone else stops what they are doing, opens three systems and pastes a screenshot. Or nobody answers, and the decision is made without the number.
WizBI answers in Slack, from the source. The people you add can ask, and each person gets the answer their permissions allow.
How it works
- Connect your systems. monday.com, Google Sheets and other cloud tools need a dedicated user or an API token, nothing to install. An on-premise database connects through a secure agent, with no inbound ports.
- Set permissions. By organisation, group and user. Each person sees only what they are allowed to see.
- Ask in Slack. In plain language, in English or Hebrew. The answer comes back as a number, a table, a chart, or an Excel or PDF file.
- Let it report. Ask once for a weekly summary or a threshold alert, and it arrives on schedule.
One question, several systems
Real questions rarely live in one system. "How are we doing against target" needs revenue from the ERP or the warehouse and targets from a spreadsheet. WizBI can draw on several connected systems in one answer, so nobody has to export two files and match them by hand.

WizBI next to Slack's own AI
Slack has its own AI features, focused mainly on what is written in Slack: summarising channels and threads, finding what was said and decided. For "what did we agree with the customer last week", that is the right tool. What they include depends on your Slack plan, so check what Slack currently offers.
WizBI answers a different kind of question — the ones whose answer is not in any message, but in your systems: the ERP, monday.com, a database, a spreadsheet. It knows your business terms and your permissions.
Many teams use both: Slack's AI to catch up on conversations, WizBI to get the numbers.
Reports, alerts and Slack automation
Instead of a weekly report someone has to remember to prepare, ask for it once. It comes on schedule, as a message or an Excel or PDF file.
- Weekly revenue against target, every Sunday at 08:00.
- Overdue items in monday.com, by owner, every morning.
- An alert when stock of an item drops below the minimum you set.
- An alert when daily sales fall below a line you choose.
Beyond reports and alerts, we build Slack automations around your team's process, on request — each one defined with you, running under the permissions you set, every action logged.
Same brain and permissions on every channel
Slack is one door into the company brain. The same person can ask in Slack at the desk and in WhatsApp on the road, or in Microsoft Teams if that is where part of the company works. The permissions are the same everywhere, and every question is logged and can be reviewed. People who work in an AI agent such as Claude can reach the same brain via MCP.
