# WizBI

> WizBI builds a company's brain: one intelligence layer over the company's data, documents and systems, with AI workers on top that answer the team's questions, watch the data and send reports and alerts, 24/7, in the chat channels the company already uses. ## How it works
0. Connect: one click connects any database or information system in the company, read-only.
1. Ask: anyone on the team asks anything, in the chat they already use, and gets the answer from the company's own data — numbers, charts and files.
2. It keeps working when nobody asks: scheduled reports and threshold alerts arrive in the chat on their own.

## What it is
- The company brain: the company's systems, spreadsheets and files connected into one layer that knows the business, its terms and its permissions.
- AI workers on top of it: they answer questions with numbers, charts, tables, Excel and PDF files, and send scheduled reports and threshold alerts into the chat.
- Read-only: WizBI reads and reports. It never writes, deletes or sends anything inside customer systems.
- Languages: Hebrew, English and Portuguese, including right-to-left tables and exported files.
- Who it is for: companies whose data is spread across an ERP, a CRM, project tools and spreadsheets — managers, finance, sales and operations teams. No BI team needed.

## Connects to
- Any database or information system in the company, read-only: Priority ERP (fully supported), SAP, monday.com, Google Sheets, Excel and CSV files, BigQuery, Morning (invoicing), SharePoint, Dropbox, SQL databases, PDF and other documents, and APIs — and dozens more.
- Cloud systems connect with a read-only user or an API token. On-premise databases connect through a secure agent; no inbound ports.

## Answers in
- WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Telegram, e-mail and the web — and any AI agent, such as Claude or Microsoft Copilot, via MCP.
- The same person has the same permissions on every channel.

## Security
- WIZBI AI LTD is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022. Runs on Google Cloud; AI models run inside Google Cloud under enterprise terms, and customer data is not used to train them.
- Read-only access to every source. Each organisation's data is isolated and encrypted in transit and at rest; permissions by organisation, group and user.
- Every question is logged and reviewable.
